By accessing TrustVouch, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or post a review. Use by minors is strictly prohibited without parental supervision.

Content Responsibility

TrustVouch is a platform for verified social proof. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Defamation: You agree not to post content that is defamatory, libelous, or intentionally false. Reviewers are solely liable for any legal claims arising from their reviews.
Accuracy: You represent that all reviews are honest, accurate, and based on actual professional interactions.

Prohibited Activities

No automated scraping or bots

No multiple account manipulation

No impersonation of professionals

No bypassing OAuth verification

Limitation of Liability

TRUSTVOUCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRUSTVOUCH IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically those of the State of Karnataka. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, India.
